If 15 days have passed since you received your order, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Address Issues

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or marked as “unclaimed” or “return to sender”, we will contact you by email to arrange the next steps. Additional shipping costs may apply.
